1 pk Yeast
1/2 ts Sugar
1 c Luke warm water
3 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Olive oil
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine 2 3/4 cups flour and the
salt. Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough
forms. On a lightly floured board knead dough about 10 minutes
working in up to 1/2 cup more flour until dough is no longer
sticky. Put dough in a well oiled bowl cover and let rise for
about 40 minutes or until doubled in size. Per recipe: calories ~
